Our county is facing a severe drought and heightened fire conditions. Water restrictions are in effect and the Del Oro Water Company is asking visitors and community members to do their part to help conserve water this summer. Here's how you can help.

How to Be Water Wise
Turn off water while brushing teeth, shaving, or washing hands.
Shorten showers to 5-minutes.
Run automatic dishwashers and washers only when you have a full load.
Don't use a toilet as a waster basket.
Store cool water in the fridge to cut back on running the tap.
Turn off water when washing vegetables or scrubbing dishes.
Use excess cooking water for plants or gardens.
Recycle, reduce, and reuse to save thousands of gallons of water.
Every drop counts. We greatly appreciate your help in managing your water use during your stay at Huckleberry House.
